Gedeon Turner

Hello, I'm Gedeon, I'm a sound designer from British Columbia, Canada, currently located in Springfield, Virginia. My audio journey began with studying the craft at Vancouver Film School in the Sound Design for Visual Media program. There I worked within the full spectrum of audio — dialogue editing, sound effects, post-production mixing, live sound, and real-time audio implementation for games.

After graduating, I returned to VFS as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students across all those disciplines while taking on freelance projects: short films, marketing audio production, and motion capture recording sessions.

Personal projects have kept me sharp — including a short horror film and several game jam titles. I am also currently pursuing a Computer Science degree, which I will complete this December. With this technical education fusing wth my audio foundation, I strive to create a uniquely immersive, cross-disciplinary audio experiences, especially for interactive media.
